This is a sole-source purchase order for expert consultation services from Purdue University's GTAP Consortium. The USITC anticipates awarding a purchase order to Purdue University for services from October 1, 2025, to September 30, 2026 (base year) and an option year from October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2027.
