The Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh ( hereinafter referred to as HACP), is a federally funded public housing agency. The Housing Authority maintains over **** units of rental housing. HACP is issuing this Invitation for Bids ( IFB) for qualified and interested business firms to submit sealed bids to provide Emergency Generator and Fire Pump Maintenance and other related work requested by HACP in accordance with Attachment 1 and 2, titled Bid Sheet and Specifications.

Roll off container services Municipal waste rolloff containers ( 30- yard capacity, with 10 or 20- yard options available on an as- needed basis) for disposal at landfills cited in the Allegheny County Solid Waste Management Plan. Containers must be removed within 24 hours of notification. Services to be performed during regular working hours ( 8: 00 a. m. to 4: 00 p. m. ), with after- hours work requiring written authorization. Each container must have a unique identification number, meet Penndot specifications and all applicable regulations, and be free of graffiti, gang markings, or symbols. Physical integrity must be maintained, with no visible debris from the outside and no burned- out containers.
