The Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh is seeking proposals for legal services for various practice areas. Proposals are due October 7, 2025, at 10:00 AM. A pre-submission meeting will be held on September 24, 2025, at 10:00 AM via Zoom. The contract will be for an initial term of three years with two one-year extension options. The RFP includes specific requirements for the scope of services, including construction contracting claims resolution, equal employment opportunity, general litigation, labor relations, pensions, employee benefits, tax, workers compensation, environmental hazards, tax exemption applications, property assessment, public sector procurement, land title issues, public, affordable and mixed-income developments, and other general real estate issues.
