The contract is for gardening,
landscaping, pool cleaning, and general maintenance services at the Chief of Mission residence in Asuncion, Paraguay, for a period of one year, with options to renew for up to four additional years. The contract includes a detailed scope of work, specifying tasks, frequencies, and quality control measures. The offeror must comply with all applicable safety and environmental standards, including the use of environmentally friendly products and proper waste disposal. The offeror must provide insurance certificates within 10 days of contract award. The government will pay a fixed price per month for satisfactorily performed services. A notice to proceed will be issued, establishing a start date at least 10 days after contract award, unless otherwise agreed upon. The offeror must provide a detailed plan for preparing the new contractor to assume all responsibilities for gardening services within 30 days after contract award. The offeror must also provide a list of personnel, including a project manager or liaison who understands English, and evidence of an established business in Paraguay. The offeror must also provide proof of SAM registration and a list of clients with relevant past performance information. landscaping, and general services, including a work plan, equipment and material list, quality assurance plan, and insurance certificate. The evaluation process will include compliance review, technical acceptability, price evaluation, and responsibility determination. The government intends to award the contract to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror.
