The Town of Wolfeboro, NH, is seeking proposals for emergency ambulance billing services. Proposals must be submitted by November 5, 2025, at 2:00 PM to Samantha Kelley, Finance Director, at 84 South Main St Wolfeboro, NH **** or via email. Proposals must be sealed and include separate price and nonprice technical proposals. The contract will be for three years, commencing on December 1, 2025, through December 1, 2028. The company awarded the bid will be responsible for all outstanding bills and must retrieve all data from the current computer system, as well as enter all previously billed runs that are outstanding in their system, at no additional charge to the town. The town reserves the right to reject any proposals or to waive any informality in the proposals, if it appears in the towns best interest. The contract will have a fixed percentage rate for the three years and can be terminated for cause. The billing service will furnish the town of wolfeboro with the following reports. a report of all collections together with a copy of the deposit slip evidencing the deposit to the town of wolfeboros bank account. a monthly recap of services, collections, and adjustments for the month. at a minimum, the following reports are required: commitment listings, listing of writeoffs, adjustment credits, and any other report determined necessary to be able to prove balance from month to month. all records and correspondence relating to the town of wolfeboros accounts receivable and the billing services collection efforts will be kept at the billing services office and shall be available for examination by the town of wolfeboro or authorized representatives. all correspondence and inquiries for waiver applications will be directed to the billing agents. mailing address. all payments will be directed to the town of wolfeboro. all documents shall be made available to an external auditor hired by the town of wolfeboro. all documents provided to the town of wolfeboro or its external auditors shall be at no cost to the town or the auditors. The agreement may be terminated by the town of wolfeboro at any time upon thirty days 30 written notice of termination to the billing service, and by the billing service on the anniversary date of the contract upon ninety days 90 written notice to the town of wolfeboro.

The town is looking for a vendor to supply aggregate materials for town projects. Bids must be submitted by 2:00 PM on 10/21/25. The town and vendor may extend contract past the 2 years if mutually agreed upon.

The town of Wolfeboro is seeking a vendor for janitorial services at the Brewster Building. The contract runs from 11/26/2025 to 12/31/2026. Bills are submitted monthly and processed the following Wednesday. Bids are accepted until 2:00 PM on October 21, 2025.
