Payments by the university shall be subject to the provision of title 35 of arizona revised statutes relating to time and manner of submission of claims. The universitys obligation is payable only and solely from funds appropriated for the purpose of the agreement. Unless otherwise stated herein, the payment terms for the agreement are net 30 days.

The university reserves the right to determine whether a vendor has the ability, capacity, and resources necessary to perform in full any contract resulting from this rfp.
