The principal has agreed with the city of ypsilanti that for a period of two years from date of payment of final estimate, to keep in good order and repair any defect in all work done under said contract.

Bidders must complete and return all pages in the statement of qualifications, or the bid will be treated as incomplete and will not be considered.

Proposers must be a professional surveyor, or a firm employing a professional surveyor of record, licensed under article 20 of the occupational code, **** pa 299, mcl **** to ****, and in good standing with the state of michigan.

Payment is contingent upon submission of a payment request packet including various documentation, and landfill receipts and waste manifests must be submitted to the city, with an invoice, within ten days of the completion of the project, or payment will not be processed.

The proposal selected will be the most advantageous regarding price, quality of service, the contractors qualifications and capabilities to provide the specified service, and other factors that the city may consider.

Bidders must hold the appropriate unrestricted wrecking contractors license for the type and height of the structure. the bidder must hold, at the time of bid, the licenses required to perform the work bid upon.

Cost proposal to be itemized as professional services consultant fees and reimbursable expenses, with a not-to-exceed total.

Proposals will be evaluated based on qualifications and relevant experience (25%), proposed approach and methodology (25%), community engagement strategy and demonstrated equity practices (20%), qualifications of assigned key personnel (10%), cost proposal and overall value to the city (15%), and references from comparable municipal clients (5%).

Proposals should demonstrate experience preparing municipal master plans, expertise in community engagement, strong graphic design, mapping, and data analysis capabilities, and experience integrating sustainability, equity, and economic development.

The city is under no obligation to request missing or clarifying information. Proposals should be complete and responsive at the time of submission.
