Flooring installation shall occur between September and December 2026, with specific dates coordinated with LCC facilities and other trades to minimize disruption to police dispatch operations and building occupants.

Failure to deliver goods or perform services on time may result in substantial damage to the college. The college shall have the right, at its option, to terminate any part or the whole of this order, reject untimely deliveries, purchase substitute goods elsewhere, and charge the contractor with any loss incurred.

Contractors must confirm they have reviewed the project site and understand existing conditions that may affect the work, or acknowledge responsibility for becoming familiar with site conditions prior to commencing work.
