The submitter certifies that they are licensed by the state of California to do the type of work required, are skilled and regularly engaged in the general class of work, and are competent, knowledgeable, and have special skills on the nature, extent, and inherent conditions of the work. the undersigned submitter certifies that heshe is, at the time of presenting this proposal, and shall be, throughout the length of the contract, licensed by the state of california to do the type of work required under the terms of the contract documents. submitterfurther certifies that heshe is skilled and regularly engaged in the general class of work called for in the contractdocuments.

If delivery does not occur on schedule, the contractor shall pay the city **** per day for each calendar day of delay. it is understood that the city will suffer damage. it being impractical and infeasible to determine the amount of actual damage, it is agreed that the contractor shall pay to the city the sum of five hundred **** dollars per day for each calendar day delay in finishing the contract as specified in section vi.
