The bid due date and time is October 23, 2025, by 2:30 PM.

The standard terms at the city of Antioch are net 30 days. Cash discounts of less than 20 days will be considered net.

The contractor warrants all work done and goods provided under this agreement shall at the minimum: a meet all conditions of the agreement b shall be free from all defects in design, material and workmanship and 3 shall be fit for the purposes intended. if any defects occur within said 12 months following acceptance, contractor shall be solely responsible for the correction of those defects. Provide manufacturers warranty for all flooring products installed. Provide a one-year workmanship warranty from date of substantial completion. Submit maintenance instructions and recommended cleaning procedures at project closeout.

The bid will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder offering the best value to the city and will be announced by way of publishing to the citys website https:www. antiochca. govrfps. Best value is based on all factors, including: cost unit prices and total prices contractors ability, capacity and skill ability to perform within the time required character, integrity, reputation, judgment, experience and efficiency of contractor quality of contractors performance on previous purchases or contracts, if applicable and the ability of the contractor to provide future maintenance, repair, parts and services, if applicable.

Liquidated damages will be applied if the asphalt concrete project is not completed by the date above, according to the terms specified in section 20 of the general conditions section of this bid package. If delivery does not occur on schedule, the contractor shall pay to the city the sum of five hundred **** dollars per day for each calendar day delay in finishing the contract.

A mandatory prebid meeting: site visit is scheduled for September 30, 2025, at 10:00 AM at 300 L street, Antioch, CA.

When requested, bidders shall submit properly marked samples of the articles on which bid is made to the city. Any sample submitted must be clearly marked in such a manner that the marking is fixed, so that the identification of the sample is assured. Such marking shall state 1 name of bidder, 2 number of bid, and 3 item number. Samples, when required, must be furnished free of expense to the city, and if not destroyed by tests, will upon request be returned at bidders expense unless retained by city for future comparison.

Proposals are due by October 10th, 2025, no later than 4:00 PM at the Economic Development Department, located at 200 H street, 3rd floor, Antioch, CA ****.

The city will consider qualifications, feasibility of the proposals, potential project impact in line with the Work Together Fund goals (economic mobility for low-income residents, quality job creation, and development of community infrastructure).

Teams must include three or more small businesses (100 employees or fewer) and/or nonprofits, with one organization designated as the lead applicant. At least one organization in the collaborative must be Antioch-based. All team members must maintain an active Antioch business license.

A total of $20,000 will be split between 2 to 4 collaborative teams.

Proposals are due by October 10th, 2025, no later than 4:00 PM at the Economic Development Department, located at 200 H street, 3rd floor, Antioch, CA ****.

The city will consider qualifications, feasibility of the proposals, potential project impact in line with the Work Together Fund goals (economic mobility for low-income residents, quality job creation, and development of community infrastructure).

Teams must include three or more small businesses (100 employees or fewer) and/or nonprofits, with at least one Antioch-based organization. All team members must maintain an active Antioch business license.

The total estimated monetary value is $20,000.

The proposal is due Thursday, September 18, 2025, at 4:30 PM.

Providers will be required to submit invoices on a monthly basis, including a breakdown of services and hourly rates.

Proposals will be evaluated for specificity, completeness, personnel qualifications, and demonstrated knowledge and experience.

Submitters must currently be on the city rotational tow list and in good standing.

The committee may require an interview of respondents and key personnel or site visit to verify security of storage facility.
