Bids are due by Monday, July 27th, at 1:00 PM local time. Substantial completion is expected by August 20, 2027, and final completion by October 15, 2027.

The contractor will be paid 90% of the value of work done, less previous payments, with the remaining balance paid after final inspection and acceptance, within 30 days of the final certificate, provided submitted documents are acceptable.

A one-year maintenance bond is required to repair or replace any deficiencies in labor or material from the date of formal acceptance.

The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder based on the unit prices for all work specified.

Liquidated damages of $2,**** per day will be assessed for each calendar day the work is in default of substantial completion.
