Renovations to the Sam Glenn Complex Physicians Assistant Lab Classroom Renovations to rooms 224 and 225 into a physicians assistant laboratory and classroom, including construction of a distance learning dl booth, four 4 patient bedrooms, two open classroom instruction spaces, architectural finishes refresh, and all supporting mechanical, electrical, and plumbing improvements. Also includes fire sprinkler system and fire alarm system modifications. One additive bid alternate to construct partition walls at the four 4 patient bedrooms in lieu of curtains.

The contractor shall be responsible for providing all project closeout documents as required by the idaho division of public works including but not limited to: release of claims, state of idaho tax release, operations maintenance manual om, all product manufacturers warranties, contractors oneyear workmanship warranty, and substantial completion certificate.
The owneragency will review all submitted bids for conformance with the bidding documents, and shall award the contract for construction to the low apparent bidder.

Bidder further agrees to pay as liquidated damages, the sum of 500 five hundred dollars for each consecutive calendar day after the established substantial completion date or adjusted date as established by change order.
