This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Ramp Tank Replacement at Watervliet Arsenal. The work involves removal of an underground storage tank (UST), construction of a containment pad, and installation of a structural building. The period of performance is 90 calendar days from receipt of notice to proceed. The delivery schedule is from the date of lead time event to completion of performance, 90 calendar days from date of award receipt.
Payment will be made by electronic funds transfer (EFT). Vendors can view invoice payments made by DFAS at www. ***. *. * using the My Invoice system.
The contractor shall provide a 1 year warranty from the date of government acceptance on any newly installed parts and workmanship.
The government will award a contract to the offeror that submits the lowest evaluated offer if award is based on price only, or the offer that provides the best value to the government if factors in addition to price are identified elsewhere in this solicitation.
The government may arrange a visit to the offeror's plant and perform a pre-award survey or ask the offeror to provide financial, technical, production, or managerial background information to ensure responsibility criteria are met.
Failure to comply with the contractual delivery schedule may result in termination of the order or require consideration if the government elects to extend delivery.
A mandatory site visit is scheduled for June 23, 2026, at 11:00 AM. This is the only site visit, alternate dates and/or times will not be granted.
If the offeror does not provide requested data within 7 days or refuses an onsite visit, the government may determine the offeror to be non-responsible.
