This is a solicitation for the demolition and disposal of an abandoned air handler system containing asbestos at Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR). The contract will be a firm-fixed-price award with a 90-day period of performance. The acquisition is set aside for 100% small businesses. Offerors must have a bona fide place of business within 125 miles of DSCR. Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for May 27, 2026. Questions are due by May 29, 2026, and quotes are due by June 15, 2026. Payment will be made by the government. The contractor shall use Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) for electronic submission of payment requests and receiving reports.
Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable (LPTA) offeror that meets the requirements stated in the statement of work and the solicitation.
The contractor must own, possess, or otherwise control a bona fide place of business from which mobilization occurs within 125 miles of Defense Supply Center Richmond. The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award.
A site visit will be held on May 27, 2026, at **** parties must register through DBIDS at least 5 business days prior to the site visit.
