The contractor shall make good all defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year, or for such other period as provided for in the contract documents.

The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive, responsible, and best bidder meeting specifications.

Prime bidders shall be located within Sedgwick County, Kansas, or establish an office in Sedgwick County, Kansas. Proof of registration with the Kansas Director of Taxation and Kansas Secretary of State may be required.

Liquidated damages will be assessed in the amount of **** per calendar day after the completion date that the work is not substantially complete.

A pre-bid meeting will be held on-site at 10:00 a. m. on Friday, August 7, 2026. Attendance is not mandatory but encouraged.
