The contractor shall begin performance within 30 calendar days and complete it within 540 calendar days after receiving award, notice to proceed. This performance period is mandatory negotiable.
The government shall make progress payments monthly as the work proceeds, or at more frequent intervals as determined by the contracting officer, on estimates of work accomplished which meets the standards of quality established under the contract, as approved by the contracting officer.
Award will be made to the offeror determined to be the best value to the government, in accordance with the procedures in section 00 21 16.
Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and possess a current CMMC status at CMMC Level 2 CP3AO or higher for all information systems used in performance of the contract.
If the contractor fails to complete the work within the time specified in the contract, the contractor shall pay liquidated damages to the government in the amount of **** for each calendar day of delay until the work is completed or accepted. There is also a one-time charge of **** for legal services and contract administration.
A site visit will be held following the pre-proposal conference on May 28, 2026.
All questions and requests for information (RFI) must be received not later than the fifth business day prior to closing and will be posted not later than two business days prior to closing.
Failure to furnish a complete proposal at the time of proposal submission may result in the proposal being unacceptable to the government and eliminated from consideration for award.
