The contract term is one year from the date of award. The owner anticipates that work will begin within 60 days of award.

Bidders must demonstrate experience producing high-quality short-form video and professional photography, commissioned work-for-hire content, familiarity with social media best practices, ability to write interpretive copy, and familiarity with Providence Parks.

Failure to deliver within the time quoted or failure to meet specifications may result in default in accordance with the general specifications.

The ad campaign shall run for the length of the academic year ****.

The bridge action is for one month, from 1 July 2026 to 31 July 2026.

The incumbent contractor currently provides personnel with required security clearances and operational familiarity necessary to perform public affairs services in support of CENTCOM.
