The US Army Aberdeen Test Center (ATC) is seeking a highly mobile off-road test course and terrain measurement system. A system requirements review will be conducted to ensure mutual understanding. The vendor will conduct a design review, and the system will be tested at government, vendor, or third-party facilities.
