The delivery time may be a basis for making of award. Delivery shall be during the normal working hours of the user department, monday through friday, unless otherwise specified and incorporated into contract or purchase order document. Delivery shall be to the location specified in the bid specifications.
Payment for any and all invoices that may arise as a result of a contract or purchase order issued pursuant to this bid specification shall minimally meet the following conditions to be considered as a valid payment request.
The contractor hereby agrees to provide a full one-year warranty to the owner, which shall extend to subsequent owners of the property to be improved. The warranty shall provide that improvements, hardware and fixtures of whatever kind or nature installed or constructed on said property by the contractor are of good quality, and free from defects in workmanship or materials or deficiencies.
Bids will be evaluated by the city of fort pierce who shall be the sole judge of its own best interests, the bid itself, the qualifications of the applicant and the resulting final negotiated agreement. The citys decisions in these matters shall be final and binding.
Bidders must be properly licensed by the state of florida and all other authorities having jurisdiction. Copies of all such licenses andor permits are to be submitted with bid. Failure to submit copies of such may lead to bid rejection.
A mandatory sitevisit will be held 10: 00 a. m, wednesday, december 17, 2025, at **** valencia avenue , fort pierce, florida **** interested bidders must attend this site visit in order for their bids to be considered.
