All services must commence within 45 calendar days of purchase order receipt and be completed within 90 calendar days, or as otherwise determined by the tribe.

The tribe will evaluate submissions based on on-time and complete submission, license requirements, projected completion date, previous performance, statement of qualifications, current and pending workload, and pricing versus the market.

Bidders must be normally engaged in performing the specified work, have adequate resources, an existing active service agreement with the tribe's housing department, be an active registered vendor, be the prime contractor (unless authorized otherwise), hold a current certified license, have a minimum of five years of experience, and maintain adequate insurance.

A pre-bid conference is scheduled for August 6, 2026, at 10:00 AM ET at 318 Southwest 28 Terrace, Okeechobee, Florida, **** is mandatory.

The contractor shall guarantee the work against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one 1 year commencing on the date of final acceptance.

The county reserves the right to base the suitability of the award on factors other than lowest price.

The contractor warrants that the items delivered are merchantable and fit for use for the particular purpose described in this contract.

The government will award a contract to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. Technical and past performance, when combined, are equal to price.

Offerors must be registered in the SAM. gov system. Past performance will be evaluated to assess the offeror's willingness and ability to honor its contractual responsibilities.

Failure to maintain sufficient stock levels may be considered a failure to perform under the terms of this contract. Late delivery may result in termination for cause.

Offerors shall supply one finished sample of each item for inspection and review. Failure to provide and adequately identify your sample will result in your offer not being considered for award.

The deadline for submission of questions is Tuesday, June 16, 2026 at 8am. No questions will be answered after this date.
