Kitsap County is seeking qualified applicants to operate a homelessness assistance program, consisting of a hotel/motel voucher program, from July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026. Funding comes from the Consolidated Homeless Grant Program (CHG). Proposals are due July 25, 2025, at 3:00 PM PDT. Applicants must submit a letter of intent by July 14, 2025, and answer questions by July 15, 2025. Clarifications will be addressed in an addendum by August 28, 2024. Proposals will be evaluated based on approach, qualifications, knowledge of homeless programs, partnerships, and budget. The contract will be a CHG subcontract.

The Washington Water Science Center requires a mobile security system for its field services facility and repair shop.
