All bidders must have the ability to enter orders directly into the manufacturer's order bank without any third-party involvement. Proof of this capability, along with proof of dealership employment and location, must be included in the bid submission. A current Affirmative Action Assurance form must be on file and approved by the City of Dayton Human Relations Council prior to any award.

The bid notice states that failure to meet the applicable delivery requirements may result in remedies as provided in the contract.
