The anticipated award is firm fixed price. The period of performance is 90 days from contract award.

Proposals must also contain a complete description of items offered and any technical manuals or literature to clearly show that the items meet or exceed the requirements outlined in the statement of work. All prospective awardees are required to register at the System for Award Management (SAM) and maintain active registration during the life of the contract. The anticipated award is firm fixed price. The government reserves the right to award without discussions or make no award at all depending on the quality of quotations received and whether proposed prices are determined to be fair and reasonable. Period of performance: 90 days from contract award. Delivery destination: identified in SOW. Delivery type: FOB destination. Inspection and acceptance: by the government at destination. Contract type: firm fixed price. Basis for award: the government will award to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the requirements and is most advantageous to the government, lowest evaluated price of proposals meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards and other factors considered. Technical or quality: the proposal will be evaluated to the extent to which it can meet and or exceed the government's requirements. Price: the government will evaluate the price by adding the total of all line item prices, including all options.

The notice describes specifications for sewage treatment equipment, including motor, propeller, deflector, and float details. The vendor must provide a chart and manual. The quantity may change from 10 to 5 units due to funding. Delivery is on weekdays from 7am to 3pm.

Interested parties are invited to submit a response to this sources sought notice by August 30, 2025. The notice is for informational purposes only and is not a request for proposal. To be reviewed and qualified as an approved source, submit an application package through the source approval request (SAR) program. The SAR package must demonstrate the prospective contractor can manufacture the product to the same level of quality, or better, than the original equipment manufacturer (OEM). If there is an open solicitation for a National Stock Number (NSN), submit the SAR directly to the buyer. Otherwise, send it to the competition advocate SAR program office.
