Proposals are requested for snow removal services for Seldovia House. The period of performance begins upon contract award and continues until completion. The contract term is an initial two-year term with options to extend for three additional one-year terms. Services include snow plowing, sanding, and ice melt application. Contractors must be prepared to respond within six hours for requested service and within three hours for emergency requests. A property walkthrough is strongly encouraged and must be completed by August 3, 2026. Questions are due by August 5, 2026. Proposals are due by August 17, 2026, at 2:00 PM Alaska Standard Time. Faxed proposals will not be accepted. Award will be based on the highest rated proposal. Preference will be given to AIAN, small, minority, and women-owned businesses.

If the contractor fails to clear required areas, CIHA may deduct actual costs incurred from the contractor's invoice. Repeated failure may result in contract termination. ciha may deduct the actual costs incurred, including labor, equipment, materials, and allowable administrative costs, from the contractors invoice.
