The Surface and Mine Warfighting Development Center (SMWDC) is procuring office furniture. The delivery location is **** 4th street bldg ****, Dahlgren, VA ****, 2nd floor. A mandatory site visit is required on June 4, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM EDT. Interested vendors must attend the site visit and submit their quotes by email to the point of contact by a specific date. The contract performance period is within 30 calendar days from the notice of award. The government will use a firm fixed price (FFP) purchase order. All quotes must include all part numbers and manufacturer information, and shipping costs in the final price. Work will be performed during normal working hours, Monday to Friday, from **** to ****. Work outside these hours requires prior approval. The contractor is responsible for removing and disposing of all existing furniture. The contractor must provide a schedule for completing the work within the allotted time, or an alternate schedule with justification for additional time. The contractor shall submit for approval the specification of the materials and equipment to be installed.

Bid submission deadline is June 2, 2025, at noon PM, through Ohio Buys. Proposals must be valid for 90 days after the bid due date. All communications are directed to Jennifer Behrendt. Project completion date is October 31, 2025. The project may not be fully awarded due to funding issues. Bidders must provide detailed quotes for each area mentioned in the scope of work, including a CET report. The awarded contractor is responsible for all damage to existing structures and surroundings, ensuring waste is disposed of offsite. Daily construction reports are required. Dock usage is limited to one vehicle at a time. The project is tax-exempt and must comply with all federal, state, and local codes and industry standards. A pre-installation meeting, quality assurance, and quality control are mandatory. The contractor is responsible for scheduling and passing all inspections and associated costs. The project area must be restored to its pre-construction condition or better upon completion. The contractor will be responsible for damage to any area or the restoration of an area or will compensate the agency for any damage adjacent to the surrounding areas. The site is subject to public intrusion. At the end of the workday, the site must be cleaned up and left in a safe condition. A final cleaning of the entire job site to the owner's standards is required. Any questions should be directed to the project manager.

Sealed bids for hardscape and landscape work at Mill Creek Park are due June 11, 2025, at 2:00 PM local time, at the office of LJA Engineering, Inc. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held remotely on June 4, 2025, at 2:00 PM local time. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or a certified/cashier's check. Bidding documents can be examined at various locations or obtained for a fee. Electronic bids must be submitted through a designated website. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The requirements of subchapter J, chapter 552, Government Code, may apply.
