The proposal will be evaluated based on experience and qualifications (25%), operational plan (25%), menu quality and pricing (15%), revenue projections and financial stability (15%), marketing and customer service (10%), and banquet and special event investment (10%).
The vendor must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in golf course or hospitality food service, demonstrated experience managing similar-sized operations, a valid business license, insurance coverage, certified food protection manager certification, and be eligible for a liquor license in Iowa.
