The selection committee will consider specialized experience, qualifications, technical competence, ability to provide innovative solutions, approach to the project, capacity and capability, past record and performance, proximity, fees, financial and operating resources, and ability to meet statutory requirements.
Bidders must possess and maintain a valid City of St. Louis business license and have current taxes. Officers must be licensed, have basic English skills, a high school diploma or equivalent, and be 21 years of age or older.
A mandatory pre-bidder tour meeting will take place on Tuesday, June 16, 2026, at 9 a. m. at the Gateway Transportation Center.
Questions regarding errors, discrepancies, or omissions must be submitted in writing no later than five calendar days prior to the bid due date.
More than one bid from a bidder, belief of collusion, or failure to faithfully perform previous contracts with the city may lead to disqualification.
