Responses must demonstrate the company's ability to perform in accordance with FAR clause ****, limitations on subcontracting, and include information regarding any plans to use joint ventures or partnering. The Southwestern Indian Polytechnic Institute (SIPI) needs a lease, maintenance, and repair service for washers and dryers. The contract period is 365 calendar days from the issuance and acceptance of the purchase order. The contractor is responsible for the delivery, installation, cleaning, maintenance, repair, removal, and relocation of contractor-furnished washers and dryers. All washers and dryers must comply with executive order **** and the energy policy act of 1992. The contractor must submit an installation schedule for each designated building, and monthly maintenance and cleaning schedules. Service repair calls must be responded to within 48 hours. The contractor must maintain sufficient replacement appliances. The contractor must provide training to SIPI dormitory students at the beginning of each trimester. The contractor must develop and maintain a quality control program (QCP) to ensure services are performed in accordance with the statement of work (SOW). The government will evaluate the contractor's performance periodically. All work shall be performed between 10:00 a. m. and 6:00 p. m. , Monday through Friday, except for recognized federal holidays. The contractor must assure security background clearance prior to performing duties. All hazardous materials must be coordinated through the contracting officer representative (COR). The contractor shall monitor, schedule, and clean exhaust ducts quarterly. The contractor shall provide a name and phone number to the COR upon contract award of the person responsible for responding to emergency service calls. Determinations of emergency service is when 50% of the washers or 50% of the dryers are out of service per building, per floor.
