Proposals must be received not later than 3:00 p. m. CST on June 30, 2026.
The city will process requests for payment within thirty (30) days after acceptance of goods or services and receipt of a proper invoice. Prime contractors must ensure payment to subcontractors within fifteen (15) business days of receiving payment from the city.
Offerors must list the proposed warranty, including terms, conditions, length, location of repair facility, and means of transport.
Proposals will be evaluated based on demonstrated understanding of the problems and needs, soundness of approach, experience and capacity, qualifications of project personnel, commitment to fair share requirements, and cost effectiveness and reasonableness of the proposed fee.
Offerors must provide their number of years in business, office location, email address, and financial stability. They must also state whether they have been involved in any litigation or disqualified by any agency within the past five years and explain fully if so.
Failure to comply with fair share requirements may result in a finding of breach of contract, disqualification from future contracts, or a claim for damages. Intentional failure to include designated businesses could constitute breach of contract and result in remedial action.
