The Rhode Island Commerce Corporation is seeking proposals for income verification services for the Rhode Island Solar for All program. Proposals are due July 8, 2025. The program is expected to run from July 2025 to December 2029. The successful proposer will be responsible for handling personally identifiable information (PII) securely, developing and launching a secure platform for verifying household income, communicating verification results, and reporting verification metrics. The total budget for income verification services is $75,000. Evaluation criteria include technical proposal, qualifications and experience, overall quality of proposal, PII handling and security, and cost proposal. The Library of Congress is seeking a contractor to update and improve its scriptshifter transliteration tool. The justification for non-competitive bidding is based on the unique capabilities of the existing contractor (Stefano Cossu) and the need for continuity in the project. The contractor has developed the existing tool and possesses specialized expertise in linguistic technologies and transliteration algorithms. The project is urgent and requires the contractor's specific knowledge to avoid substantial duplication of costs and ensure the timely delivery of the required services. No other source is reasonably available to meet the library's requirements. Future competition will be evaluated to determine if new techniques by alternative sources are emerging.

The Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD) is seeking proposals for a blanket contract for outdoor kiosks. The due date for proposals is June 12, 2025, at 2:00 PM CT. Clarification questions and answers are included in Exhibit 1. Respondents must acknowledge receipt of the addendum and return a signed copy with their proposal submission. The kiosks must support standard outdoor kiosk features, touchscreen, ADA, 508 compliance, and Texas weather-friendly materials. The vendor is responsible for provisioning and managing AWS infrastructure, developing or extending APIs, and designing authentication mechanisms. TPWD expects the vendor to build middleware, monitor the kiosks, and provide monthly reports. A dedicated UAT kiosk will be provided for testing. The kiosks must be usable from a vehicle. TPWD will use Fiserv, Inc. as the payment processor. The vendor should indicate the maximum life of the equipment and the number of years the equipment will be serviced beyond the standard warranty period. On-screen credit card entry is a temporary solution. TPWD prefers at least a Spanish language option and will support additional languages. TPWD is open to discussion regarding downtime penalties and service level noncompliance. The kiosks will be utilized for park reservation systems and ticketing, and potentially parking permits in the future. The vendor should be able to use certified third-party field technicians to fulfill repair obligations. TPWD requires proactive alerting of paper roll, network outages, and thermal shutdowns. TPWD will communicate periods of high usage in advance to allow for surge support planning. TPWD will be open to discussion with the vendor regarding downtime penalties and service level noncompliance.
