Invoices must be submitted no later than the third business day of the end of the month that the work was performed in, referencing the appropriate purchase order number. The successful bidder shall submit an invoice to the districts financial services department. . . no later than the third business day of the end of the month that the work was performed in.

The award will be issued to the offeror whose proposal is determined to be the most advantageous to the district, based on vendor compliance, pricing rates, past performance, customer service, and technical compliance. The evaluation committee will score proposals based on the following criteria. a. Vendor compliance with and responsiveness to RFP b. Pricing rates for service c. Past performance and references d. Customer service and quality assurance e. Technical compliance scope of work and specification compliance

Educational interpreters must hold appropriate authorization through the Colorado Department of Education (CDE), comply with state licensure requirements, pass a background check, and have prior experience in educational settings. Adult services/community interpreters must hold appropriate certifications (e. g. , RID, NIC), comply with state licensure, and pass a background check. Continued noncompliance by the vendor may result in the agreement being placed on probation status or termination. Continued noncompliance by the vendor shall be the districts justification for placing the agreement on probation status or termination.

Bidders may appeal a finding by submitting a written request for reconsideration within five calendar days after the date of the district's initial notification. Bidders may appeal this finding by submitting, in writing, a request for reconsideration to the districts director of purchasing within five 5 calendar days after the date of the districts initial notification to the bidder.

Failure to adhere to requirements, such as attempting to influence board members or administration, may result in disqualification. Failure to adhere to this requirement may result in disqualification.
