It is for Naval Information Warfare Center Atlantic, Ground Signals Intelligence Kit Static Support. This opportunity is exclusively for Seaport-NXG MAC holders and is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. Offers from other entities will not be considered. This technology provides real-time velocity measurements for satellites without relying on GPS, making it ideal for small satellites, cubesats, deep space missions, and situations where GPS is unreliable (low altitudes, high radiation, geomagnetic storms). The system uses a dual-sensor head electrostatic analyzer (ESA) to analyze ambient space plasma charged particles.
