Insulation in walls, ceiling and floor R25 Equivalent, must meet or exceed. 2018 Kentucky Building Code requirements. Insulated metal access door, 36" W Includes: Hydraulic door closer, weather stripping, door drip, door threshold, commercial type handle with Mechanical Key- less lock. Metal vertical ladder installed on outside of shelter allows roof access. shelter. Aluminum roof area railing system. System is removable for ease of transport.
