The period of performance for this project is 30 days for each vehicle after the new vehicle has been received by the park. This time includes product lead time and delivery.

There is a one-year warranty from the date of acceptance on installation, with a standard manufacturer warranty provided for all equipment.

The government representative will deliver and pick up the vehicle to a vendor's location for upfitting within the local commuting area. Any quote received from a vendor outside the local commuting area must include the cost of pickup and delivery of the unit to the park.

The period of performance is 60 calendar days after issuance of the notice to proceed.

Any reference in the specifications to guarantee period services or warranties outside of the one year warranty period in accordance with FAR **** Warranty of Construction shall be omitted and not considered for development of the bid.

Award may only be made to the responsible bidder whose bid, conforming to the solicitation, will be most advantageous to the government, considering only price.

This procurement is a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns. To be considered eligible to receive award of a resulting contract, bidders must be certified as SDVOSBs by the U. S. Small Business Administration (SBA) and listed in the SBA certification database at the time of bid submission and at time of award.

A formal site visit has been scheduled for this project. Please review the site visit information on attachment 9. This will be the only opportunity for potential bidders to visit the site.
