Should a spill occur due to the vendors failure to properly maintain their grease, vendor will be responsible for the payment of properly cleaning the spill area and pay a penalty fee of 500.

Contractors must provide operators with valid drivers licenses and DOT medical certificates. the contractor shall provide operators that possess a valid drivers license for the equipment they will be operating, valid dot medical certificate if applicable.

Failure to report inoperable equipment may result in deductions from postseason retainer. if the contractors equipment is found to be inoperable during a winter event and has not been reported as such to the county, the contractor may receive a notice of unsatisfactory performance and may have 50 deducted from its postseason retainer.
