For billing purposes, one 1 day is defined as up to ten 10 hours of equipment use within a single 24hour calendar day. The daily rate applies to each calendar day the equipment is fully available onsite. Invoices submitted without verified logs may be subject to payment delays.
Contractor personnel requirements include drivers who must be properly licensed, capable of operating heavy machinery, and capable of communicating in English. Drivers must also be legally allowed to enter and operate a motor vehicle on a military installation and must always carry proper identification. Contractors must be available via cell phone communication during all times of the workday to respond to any maintenance or operations issues associated with the utilization and employment of the MTV, and must be able to respond to such issues inhibiting the utilization of the MTV within a reasonable 24hour window.
