This is a non-personnel services contract for the deep cleaning of kitchens and
food prep areas at Brooke Army Medical Center, Ft. Sam Houston, TX. The contract period is for one base year of 12 months and four 12-month option years (February 2025 - January 2030). The
contractor is responsible for providing all personnel, equipment, supplies, and other necessary items to perform repair and services. The government will not supervise or control the contract service providers. Quality assurance surveillance will be conducted. The
contractor must have certified personnel and provide service reports within specified timeframes. Scheduled services must be coordinated with the contracting officer representative (COR) and completed by the 20th business day of the scheduled month. Unscheduled services must be coordinated with the COR. Applicable regulations, publications, and manuals must be followed. The government will provide a dining facility technician to observe a quality assurance test prior to the departure of the
contractor's service technician. The government will provide access to devices and systems requiring services and all necessary utilities. The
contractor is responsible for safeguarding government equipment and securing facilities at the close of each work period.
Contractor personnel must identify themselves as such to avoid creating an impression that they are government officials. The
contractor must notify the contracting officer immediately if any organizational conflict of interest (OCI) arises.
