The City of North Myrtle Beach is seeking bids for exclusive drink concessions at NMB Sports Park. This includes providing soft drinks, sports drinks, water, and related equipment and services. Bids are due June 24, 2026, at 3:00 PM ET. All bid submissions must be made through the virtual bidding platform www. ***. *. * are due by June 17, 2026. The city reserves the right to waive informalities and accept or reject any bids.
Delivery of material and/or services are not to begin until receipt of the purchase order, contract, or notice to proceed letter and/or other notification by the City Procurement Manager.
Payment terms are net 30 days unless bidder quotes an early payment discount. All cash discounts, if taken, shall be computed from the date of delivery or completion and acceptance of material, or from the date of receipt of invoice, whichever is latest.
Contracted supplier warrants that the supplies to be provided are fit and sufficient for the purpose intended, are merchantable, of good quality, and free from defects, and conform to the contract standards. The contracted supplier further warrants that they have title to the supplies provided.
The lowest responsible bidder shall be determined by considering the quality and performance of supplies, the ability and capacity to perform the contract, ability to perform within the time specified, character, integrity, reputation, judgment, experience, and efficiency of the bidder, previous performance, and ability to provide future maintenance, repair parts, and services.
The owner may investigate the bidder's ability to perform, requiring information on adequate capital and credit rating, efficient office force, adequate and efficient field force, record of amicable relations with labor, and adequate supply of applicable equipment.
Liquidated damages of **** per day will apply for exceeding the schedule completion date.
Prospective bidders aggrieved by the solicitation must protest in writing within ten calendar days of the issuance of solicitation documents. Actual bidders aggrieved by the intended award or award must protest in writing within ten calendar days of notification of intent to award or statement of award.
Disqualification may occur if a bidder contacts any city employee about the bid, or if bid forms are altered or amended after the specified time for opening.
