Proposals are due no later than July 8th, 2026, at 3:00 p. m. Rfps received later than the date and time above will not be considered.

Payment will be made within thirty 30 days of delivery, inspection, and receipt of invoice. Payment shall not be due until the above instruments are submitted after delivery.

The award will be made to the responsible offeror whose proposal is determined to be the highest evaluated offer resulting from negotiations, taking into consideration the relative importance of price and other factors.

Proposers must be qualified professional firms with experience, capabilities, credentials, and qualified staff. They must have adequate financial resources, a satisfactory record of performance and integrity, and be otherwise eligible for an award.

Failure to sign the RFP, failure to sign or initial each bid page, or failure to acknowledge addenda may result in disqualification.

The city intends to award a contract to the offeror whose proposal offers the best overall value, based on experience, costs, and other factors. The evaluation criteria that the city will utilize will be based upon, but not limited to, the offerors demonstrating their prior proven experience, costs, and any other factors deemed to be in the best interest of the city.

Offerors must provide a company profile, including contact information, a brief description of the firm's experience and qualifications, and at least two customer references. each offeror is required to prepare and submit a brief description of the offerors firm, company, or corporation, which must include: 1. name, mailing address, email address, telephone number and fax number of the primary contact person for firm 2. brief description of the firm experience, qualifications, mwbe and any community involvement.

Proposals received after the deadline, material misrepresentations, or proposals based on violations of law may lead to disqualification. any material misrepresentation made by an offeror may void their proposal and eliminate their proposal from further consideration.

Proposals are sought from qualified firms with a documented track record of providing real estate title services or searches. The services will include but not be limited to 60-year title searches, reviewing and providing legal descriptions, providing and organizing deeds and deed related documents, liens, and summarizing findings.
