This is a combined synopsis solicitation for commercial items, specifically cryotherapy systems: tissue ablation endoscopic. Quotes are requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. HHSC reserves the right to reject any or all responses and to cancel this IFB. Responses will be evaluated according to criteria including bidder meeting or exceeding requirements, ability to meet performance delivery requirements, and price. All awards are contingent upon approval of the HHSC executive commissioner or designee.
