The contract term is 1 year and 6 months.

NTTA intends to award a contract to the lowest responsible bidder.

To be considered for this procurement, each bidder must include with their bid sheet all required documents.

Any formal protest relating to this rfb or the contract award hereunder must be made in writing and submitted to the senior director of procurement services and business diversity no later than five 5 business days after the earlier of the i date the protestor was or reasonably should have been aware of the matter giving rise to the protest or ii the date the contract award was made by the ntta board of directors.

The items shall be delivered to MWEOC no later than 35 weeks from receipt of the order.

Market research indicated that Whaley Products is the only contractor that can meet the government's needs.

The total estimate for this is expected to be no more than 375,**** total.

Responses to this IFB must be received October 06, 10:30 am.

HHSC system agency will make contract payments in accordance with chapter **** of the Texas government code, commonly known as the Texas prompt payment act.

HHSC shall not be obligated to select the bidder with the lowest price but shall make an award to the bidder who provides the best value to the state of Texas. All responses will be evaluated according to the following criteria: bidder meeting or exceeding the requirements and specifications in accordance with this IFB, bidders ability to meet performance delivery requirements and price.

Bidders must submit a comprehensive response which includes all required information and documentation to ensure the bidder meets all requirements, possesses the required experience and qualifications, and has the capacity to provide the goods and/or services described in this IFB.

The estimated historical spend is provided only as a guideline for preparing the pricing response and should not be construed as representing anticipated or actual quantities that will be required.

Quotes are due by email by 12:00 PM EST on September 19, 2025.

The bid notice states for each equal product, the offeror must include a description reflecting the salient characteristic sc and level of quality that will satisfy the salient physical, functional, or performance characteristics of the product s specified in the solicitation. the quoter must also clearly identify the item by brand name if any and make model number. finally, the quoter must include descriptive literature, such as illustrations, drawings, or a clear reference to previously furnished descriptive data or information available to the contracting officer, and clearly describe any modifications it plans to make to a product to make it conform to the solicitation requirements. The notice also mentions a minimum one year manufacturer warranty.

All interested offerors must be registered in the system for award management SAM prior to submitting a quote.
