Payments shall be made within 45 days of delivery and acceptance of the contracted items/services or upon receipt of a verified claim for payment, whichever is later.
The contractor guarantees a minimum two-year warranty against defects, peeling, delamination, bubbling, or crack reappearance excluding new structural cracks for all materials and workmanship associated with the asphalt paving work against defects, settlement, raveling, premature deterioration, or other asphalt failures for a period of two years from the date of final acceptance.
The contract shall be awarded to the lowest responsible and eligible bidder based upon the grand total as indicated on the bid price sheet and as in accordance with Manchester, NH code of ordinances chapter 39: procurement code.
Respondents must have at least five years of experience and references from a minimum of three projects of similar size and scope completed within the last five years.
A presubmittal site visit is not mandatory but highly recommended and can be performed independently or accompanied by the parks project manager.
