Lot 1: - DuMor # 502- 32TX- BT Exterior Trash cans- OR APPROVED EQUAL- SPECIFICATIONS: - Trash cans should have a receptacle body and cover. - The liner should have at least a thirty- two ( 32)- gallon capacity. - Expansion anchors should be provided. - All products must be 100% BLEACH cleanable to reduce the spread of infectious diseases. - Materials that needs to be used for the outdoor furniture is as follows: wood- grain recycled plastic slats, steel tubing, steel sheets, stainless steel, cast aluminum, steel plate, carbon steel flat bars, and steel expansion anchors. - All finished powder- coated parts should comply with the following ASTM methods for coating and coating method: ASTM- D- 523, ASTM- D- ****, ASTM- D- ****, ASTM- D- ****, ASTM- D- ****, ASTM- B- 117, and ASSTM- D- ****- Minimum twenty ( 20)- year limited warranty on structural failure of frame, a ten ( 10)- year limited warranty on structural failure of recycled plastic, a five ( 5) year limited warranty against finish failure on all powder- coated products, and a one ( 1)- year limited warranty on all other items. SHIPPING IS TO BE INCLUDED IN BID OFFER. Bidders who propose alternate brands/specifications should enclose descriptive literature with their bids so that the equality can be verified. Failure to enclose sufficient literature may result in a non- responsive bid. If the brands are not changed, the contract will be written accordingly and the successful bidder shall be required to deliver the brand/specification stated in the solicitation.

The project for construction of vehicle operations covered parking is set aside for small businesses. The project has a magnitude of construction between 1,000,000 and 5,000,000. The solicitation is tentatively scheduled for May 30, 2025, with a pre-bid conference and site visit approximately two weeks later. The bid opening is tentatively planned for approximately 30 days following solicitation release. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). The Rutherford County Board of Education is seeking bids for the renovation of a STEM lab at Thurman Francis Arts Academy School. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on March 11, 2025, at 9:00 AM at the school. Bids are due at 2:00 PM on March 20, 2025. Bidders must meet specific requirements, including a general contractor's license, bid bond (if over $25,000), compliance with Tennessee Code Annotated (TCA) provisions, performance bonds (if over $100,000), liability insurance ($1,000,000), and proof of workers' compensation insurance. Bidders must also complete and return affidavits for drug-free workplace and criminal background compliance. The awarded bidder will indemnify the Board of Education for any breach of agreement. The bidder covenants that it does not engage in illegal employment practices and has no public or private interest that would conflict with the provision of goods or performance of services. The Board may purchase supplies, equipment, and services for other local governmental units upon request.
