Upgrade of the fire alarm system campus-wide at Doris Miller Medical Center, Waco, Texas. The project includes replacement of existing fire alarm systems with Notifier brand components. The magnitude of the construction project is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. Bids are due July 9, 2026, by 9:00 AM CST. A mandatory pre-bid site visit is scheduled for May 26, 2026. RFIs are due by June 2, 2026. The contract award will be made to the lowest responsible bidder. Performance period is 720 days after notice to proceed.

Payment will be made monthly, in arrears, following satisfactory performance by contractors personnel and upon receipt of a properly prepared invoice. Contractor shall be required to invoice through the Tungsten system.
Award will be made to the lowest responsible bidder whose bid conforms to this solicitation and is deemed the most advantageous to the government, considering only price and price-related factors specified in this solicitation.

Failure to submit all required documents, including bid bond, evidence of SDVOSB status, ORCA completion, and limitation on subcontracting certificate, will result in a nonresponsive offer. Failure to comply with the limitation on subcontracting requirement will result in removal of proposal for consideration for award.
