This is a pre-solicitation notice for a firm-fixed-price contract for the maintenance, repair, and preservation of a caisson 4-5 spare. The work involves docking, various repairs to the hull, structure, tanks, piping, and decks, replacement of several components including seals, valves, and pumps, and preservation of surfaces. The period of performance is scheduled from March 3, 2027, to September 3, 2027. Proposals are expected to be requested in August 2026, with an anticipated award in December 2026. This is a Request for Information (RFI) for medical and surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies. The specific items needed are a NextGen Logiq E R8 compact digital ultrasound console or equal, with 7-year support, an L8 18i RS linear array probe or equal, a C1 5 RS wideband convex array probe or equal, an extended battery life option, and a docking cart with 3 probe ports. The ultrasound system must be capable of power Doppler analysis, imaging small and large joints with varying depths using distinct probes, and imaging broad tendon, soft tissue, and muscle areas. It should also allow for angle changes of ultrasound visualization of joint tissues and storage of images. Vendors must provide user manuals and service manuals in electronic format. The equipment must be current generation, supported by the manufacturer, not obsolete, and must be new, not used or refurbished. Any batteries provided must not be manufactured more than 12 months before the purchase order issue date. On-site assembly, installation, and performance of services will occur during normal business hours (8:00 am to 4:00 pm Pacific Daylight Time, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays).

This is a notice of intent to sole source for moorage and husbandry services for NOAA Ship Oscar Dyson in Dutch Harbor, AK. The services include pilots, tugs, brows fenders, barges, berthing, line handlers, portable water, cranes, forklifts, customs and immigration, quarantine, port entry, clearance, and fleet landing. Interested firms that believe they can meet the government's requirements may submit substantiating documentation in writing to the point of contact within 3 days after publication.
