The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) seeks contract staff for data integration, workflow, and IT system modernization. The contract will involve geospatial database support, GIS programming, experienced GIS support, and basic GIS support. The evaluation criteria include general and professional reputation, project team and qualifications, experience with similar projects, unique qualifications, and proximity/familiarity with the geographical area.
