Proposals are due by October 28, 2026, 11:00 AM local time. all proposals are due and must be delivered to the city on or before october 28, 2026 by 11: 00 a. m. local time.
Progress payments are made monthly based on invoices. the city will then, following the receipt of the supervising professionals certificate, make payment to the contractor as soon as feasible, which is anticipated will be within 15 days.
The contractor must guarantee the quality of work for one year. the contractor shall guarantee the quality of the work for a period of one year.
Bidders must provide qualifications, experience, and references. qualifications and experience of the bidder and of key persons, management, and supervisory personnel to be assigned by the bidder.
Liquidated damages apply for delays. the contractor shall pay the city as liquidated damages, and not as a penalty, a sum certain per day for each and every day that the contractor may be in default of completion.
A mandatory preproposal conference is required. a mandatory preproposal conference for this project will be held on october 7, 2026 at 10: 00 a. m. local time at 801 airport dr, ann arbor, mi ****.
Proposal protests must be filed within 5 business days of notice. all proposal protests must be in writing and filed with the purchasing manager within five 5 business days of any notices of intent.
Failure to attend the preproposal meeting or include required forms may disqualify. failure to attend the meeting and sign the rfp signin sheet at the preproposal meeting will automatically disqualify a bidder.
