The Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide maintenance, sustainment, and future enhancements for the Air Force Justice Information System (AFJIS). The contract has a 60-month period of performance. The contractor will be responsible for tasks including Entellitrak license subscription, user acceptance testing, training environment maintenance, project management, data migration, and future enhancements. The contract outlines specific deliverables, including kickoff meeting agendas, monthly status reports, financial reports, meeting minutes, problem notifications, quality control plans, design documents, and operations security plans. This is a request for quote (RFQ) for adaptive physical education services for special education students, per IEP, for the Tiis Tsozi Bi Olta Crownpoint Community School, in New Mexico, from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026. The contract is a single firm fixed price type purchase order. The contract price includes all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and duties. The awardee must provide and maintain certification and/or license in the state of New Mexico, and be fingerprinted and have a background check approved by the Bureau operated school human resource office personnel security. The government reserves the right to consider a response that offers more than the minimum and select that response if it provides a benefit to the government.
