The required delivery date for the banner printing system is on or before December 31, 2026.

Payment will be made by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Transaction fees may apply.

The government will award a contract to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and technical capability considered.

The solicitation is intended only for sources duly authorized to operate and do business in Japan, as prescribed by DFARS **** contractors outside of Japan must submit documentation that unambiguously demonstrates their compliance.

Responses to the sources sought notice should demonstrate the firm's ability, capability, and responsibility in providing the items listed above.

Contractors responding to this sources sought notice are advised their response does not ensure participation in future solicitations or contract awards.

Responses are due May 20, 2026, at 10:00 AM CST.

Interested vendors shall provide business information, capability statements, evidence of meeting salient characteristics, socioeconomic status, and delivery lead time.

The bid notice requests respondents to note any experience with DOW, DARPA, FederalState Emergency Management, or other U. S. government agencies, and specifically identify events that have exceeded 50, 100, or 200 simulated patients at one time within a period of less than 72 hours. The notice also asks to describe whether the scenarios referenced have been executed more than once, including how many iterations were conducted identically and over what period.

The bid notice asks respondents to provide a rough estimate of the overall cost of each event and an average cost estimate for each casualty within the event (cost of patient per hour).
