This contract requires the repair of **** relays and solenoids. A firm fixed price quote is required, along with a beyond repair price. Shipping is handled by the government. The vendor must comply with commercial asset visibility (CAV) requirements. The contractual delivery requirement is measured from asset return to acceptance. The contractor must obtain final
inspection and acceptance by the government for all assets within the established turnaround time (RTAT). The RTAT is 65 days. A throughput constraint must be provided for each item. The induction expiration date is 365 days after contract award. A reconciliation modification will be issued after final
inspection and acceptance. The price is based on meeting the RTAT requirements. If not met, consideration will be assessed and subject to negotiation. Applicable documents, including modifications or exclusions, are listed. The contractor must meet operational and functional requirements as represented by the cage codes and reference numbers. All repair work must be performed in accordance with the contractor's repair overhaul standard practices, manuals, and directives. Changes in design, material, servicing, or part number are subject to approval by the NAVICP Mech contracting officer. The contractor is responsible for all
inspection requirements, unless otherwise specified. Records of all
inspection work must be kept complete and available to the government for 365 calendar days after final delivery. Repaired items must meet the original manufacturer's specifications and drawings. Preservation, packaging, packing, and marking must be in accordance with the contract schedule. Ordering information for document references is included as an attachment. Offerors must be authorized distributors of the original manufacturer's item. Proof of authorization must be provided with the offer.
