Sale of the Allendale Administration Building located at **** 11th Avenue, Moline, Illinois. Bids are due by 2:00 PM on June 17, 2026. A $2,000 certified check is required with each bid. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for June 10, 2026, at 1 PM. The minimum bid is $20,000. The property is sold as-is. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration.
Closing will be after the **** school year but not later than October 31, 2026, as agreed by the parties.

Bidder acknowledges that they have inspected the real estate and improvements, are acquainted with the condition, and accept the same in as is condition without warranty of any kind by the seller.
If the bidder fails to perform any obligation under the bid agreement, the seller may accept the earnest money as damages and/or pursue any available legal remedy, including specific performance.

The demand for arbitration shall be made within a reasonable time after the claim, dispute or other matter in question has arisen. In no event shall the demand for arbitration be made after the date when institution of legal or equitable proceedings based on such claim, dispute or other matter in question would be barred by the applicable statute of limitations.
