The project must be fully completed within 75 calendar days from the start date set forth in the notice to proceed. The city anticipates work will begin on or about January 2027.

This project requires a valid California contractors license for the following classifications: a general engineering. Bidders must also be registered with the California Department of Industrial Relations.
