Replace Kitchen Flooring Replace kitchen flooring at Aviators Restaurant, located inside the terminal at Sacramento Executive Airport. The tenant will be vacating the space from, 12/20/26 - 12/30/26. Before the vendor vacates, they will remove all kitchen appliances, racks, goods, etc. , allowing access to the floors. During that time, the contractor will demo and haul away the old tile, diamond grind the floors, saw cut the concrete and remove the old floor sinks and drains, install new floor sinks and drains, install rebar dowels and pour new concrete around floor sinks, install new ptraps, reattach plumbing, install slip resistant vinyl flooring with water tight heat welded seams, install lvp flooring, install cove base.
