The government will award a contract purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is determined to be the most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. Expected completion is within 30 calendar days after receipt of order (ARO), subject to OEM lead time of approximately one week.

Payment will be made upon delivery and government acceptance. Invoices shall be submitted in arrears upon delivery and government acceptance.

A minimum 12-month manufacturer warranty covering parts, labor, and software/firmware updates is required, plus the extended warranty period if purchased (e. g. , three additional years for Miraq with imaging).
