Baseplate Government Bids & RFPs

The completion of this project shall not exceed 90 days from date of notice to proceed.

The government intends to award to the lowest overall price.

Bidders are required to attend the site visit and be escorted by a government representative to confirm locations, dimensions, and conditions of the project before a bid is submitted.

Failure to deliver within the specified time may be cause for cancellation of the order and/or the removal of bidders name from bidders list. Any additional costs incurred by the county may be charged to original vendor.

The county of Westchester remits vendor payments via an electronic funds transfer EFT program known as vendordirect. Any successful bidder that will not accept payment in that method will be considered nonresponsive to our solicitation and their bid may be rejected.

All items delivered must be guaranteed against faulty materials and workmanship.

Deliveries will be accepted between the hours of 8:00 a. m. and 2:30 p. m. , Monday through Friday, excluding NTTA holidays.

NTTA will review and timely approve or raise disputes or inquiries concerning each submitted invoice and compensate the contractor for all compliant and undisputed amounts within 30 days of its receipt of the invoice.

The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder who meets all NTTA specification requirements.

Bidders must be experienced and qualified companies. They must include all required documents with their bid sheet and demonstrate the ability of their product to meet NTTA standard fence drawings.

Formal protests must be submitted in writing to the director of procurement services no later than five (5) business days after the earlier of the date the protestor was or reasonably should have been aware of the matter giving rise to the protest or the date the contract award was made.

Failure to comply with provisions regarding contact with NTTA personnel, failure to check the confidential checkbox for uploaded documents, or failure to submit the Disclosure of Interested Parties form **** may result in disqualification.
