The agency will evaluate each bid submitted as to responsibility e. g. a firm that is qualified, responsible and able to provide to the agency the required services.
Persons andor firms submitting bids for any part of the work are encouraged attend the scheduled prebid conference and examine all conditions affecting the proposed work.
