The evaluation committee will consider specialized experience, qualifications, technical competence, ability to provide innovative solutions, and approach to the project. The organization and lead staff must have at least two years of experience in delivering doula services, and services must be provided by doulas certified through an approved training organization. respondent must demonstrate: 1. the organization and lead staff assigned to this project have at least two 2 years of experience in delivering doula services of the nature identified in this rfp.

Failure to comply with the living wage ordinance may result in penalties including suspension, forfeiture of financial assistance, or liquidated damages of $500 per week. liquidated damages payable to the city of st. louis in the amount of 500 for each week, or part thereof, that an employee has not been provided wages and benefits in accordance with the living wage ordinance.

The city reserves the right to monitor services through site visits during normal business hours. upon request by city, contractor shall allow city to monitor the services provided by contractor through site visits during normal business hours.

Failure to comply with the living wage ordinance or providing false information may result in penalties, including barring the respondent from future city contracts. failure to comply with any provision of the ordinance and/or providing false information may result in the imposition of penalties specified in the ordinance, which penalties may include, without limitation, per order of the city compliance official, the following: i. suspension and/or termination of the relevant contract, subcontract, lease, concession agreement, or financial assistance agreement by the city
